The Golden Crown - the ultra-stretched strech goal

Kador the Sorcerer looks into the warming fire, rubbing his out-stretched hands to catch some warmth. Travelling in the presence of Frosten has proven less of a pleasure than he first thought. The cold emanating from the ice armor sends chills through his spine and he takes another sip of the warming brew prepared by Bjorn.
"We will have to return to Modhelm to find our friends, I see no other way", his judgement call is final. "By all the gods", sighs Bjorn, distant memories storming back into his dwarfen skull. "It is still overrun!"
Frosten doesn't like the sound of it, but sees no solution, either. Burning Modhelm is bad news as such for the ice warrior, but to get to there, they will have to pass the "Shiny Monster", a beast that blinds its foes by sending sparkles to their eyes. Not a good prospect.
"Let's do what has to be done!" says Eileen and picks up her gear, a set of 3 traps. If we ever want to get to the Golden Crown, we better get going!"
Fellow mercenaries, you just unlocked yet another stretch goal! You have brought Kador, Eileen, and Bjorn to the side of Frosten, helping him in his quest to return to the Citadel.
Now keep pushing to help get him to Modhelm. The 147k stretch goal includes 3 land cards (including Modhelm), 3 traps (picked up by Eileen) and an upgrade of the core game box with Spot UV highlights, making it a premium box. It shall shine when you behold it!
But Eileen also mentioned a Golden Crown. What is this about?
We are presenting our ultra-stretched stretch goal! If we reach 200k funding, we will double the mission tiles from 12 to 24, by printing both side of the tiles with missions. In order to be able to draw them randomly, we would add a color printed Missions Bag to the game!
We would introduce a whole new concept of missions, each round you would have one of your regular known missions (dice-roll based) and one new contract-based mission, in which you use dice and resources to trade for rewards. See these examples to get an idea.
The Golden Crown is a long-term stretch goal, it does not mean that we won't have other stretch goals on our way to get there. 200k seems too much of a stretch? Well, maybe it is... but KS has proven many times that the last 4-5 days of a campaign can work wonders... can you?

You will also notice on our campaign page that we have done a small overhaul of the presentation, so you can quickly see all the stuff you have unlocked. The content remains the same, but we are presenting it in a way that shortens the page a bit and makes it easier to see the different pledge options at a glance. We hope you will like it!

Fellow mercenaries,
we have had a LOT of questions from many of you regarding languages for our rule books. Some ask for more languages, some would like the rule book printed in Spanish/French/German, instead of being available only as PDF.
Let's take this in two parts, starting with the question of translating the rule books. Rules translations are done by volunteers, we cannot afford professional translators, unfortunately. Apart from the translation, which is led by a single person, we also use volunteer proof-readers to fine-tune the language and discover mistakes.
YOU can help! We are looking for proof-readers for our Spanish, French, and German versions of the rulebook and for translators and/or proof-readers for any other language.
Please sign up HERE if you are willing to help, indicating language and capacity (translator and/or proof-reader). Thank you to those of you who have already come forward, we have volunteers for Italian and Portuguese!
Now to the question of printed rule books. We had set ourselves a benchmark of 300 backers per language before we decided to print it instead of offering the PDF. Looking at the backer numbers for Spain/France/Germany we are not quite there yet, but given that we cannot read other countries (all South America, Spanish speaking in the US, Quebec, Swizterland/Austria) and based on the huge desire you have expressed, we have decided that ...
...WE WILL PRINT THE RULEBOOK IN SPANISH, FRENCH, AND GERMAN, and will let you choose in the Pledge Manager which rulebook you want included in your pledge.

Fellow mercenaries,
We are doing it, we are upgrading the wooden Health Potions, Venom Potions, Elixir Potions, Reputation markers, and Glory markers included in the Monster pledge from plain wood to color printed wood.
No stickers (we are gamers and don't like having to stick many stickers), no stretch goal, no strings attached. Just like that, because it really bugged us to have non-printed components in the Monster pledge, just like it bugged many of you.
And because we LOVED the quality of the printed samples we received and showed you recently.
The last days have been frentic readjustments to make this possible, and it could only be done because of the fantastic rate of Monster backers (more than 1.200 of the 1.700+ backers). We were considering whether we'd make this a stretch goal and thought, nah, let's delight Monster backers right now and take a financial hit ourselves. Because you have made this happen and you deserve it.
For Monster backers who order the Heavy Weapons + 5th Player expansion, you will also get the 5th player reputation and glory markers in printed wood, apart from the printed wooden assignment tokens.

Multiple copy pledges & Shipping costs

a lot of you have asked us for the option of pledging for multiple copies, to organise yourselves and save some shipping cost. Retailers from all over the world have also contacted to to get multiple copy deals.
So here we go, after a LOT of back and forth with shipment partners to specify shipping rates to all parts of the world, we are finally able to announce our NEW MULTIPLE COPY PLEDGES!
With the DUO pledge, you and a friend can reduce your per unit cost by saving on shipping. We understand that it is much easier to find one person for a joint pledge than several, so we are introducing this pledge level for everyone to have a chance to benefit. Careful, though, Early Bird discounts do not apply to the multiple copy pledges, so if you are an Early Bird, do your maths depending on your location's shipping cost.
The SIX-PACK pledge is for groups and retailers. It features savings on two sides, both on shipping and on base price. If you want several SIX-PACKS, please contact us at [email protected], and we can reduce the shipping cost of further SIX-PACKS even more.
A word on shipping: We have spent a lot of time in the past week to get the best shipping options for you, which already resulted in improving shipping charges for a series of countries. We are glad to announce that we are also reducing rates for New Zealand.
Given that bulk shipment prices vary a great deal between different countries, we had to move from 4 to 8 zones, which makes the new shipment table look a bit cumbersome, but it should hopefully still be clear enough.
Another big announcement is that we are subsidising the additional shipment cost of the Heavy Weapons + 5 Player Expansion, and keep it to 1 euro in all zones, provided that it is 1 expansion with a single unit pledge. This should make it easier for you to decide for the Expansion.
For DUO and SIX-PACK add-ons of the expansion, we subsidise in similar ways. In the case of multiple copy pledges, the Expansion has to be ordered in the same number as the core games, either 2 with the DUO pledge, or 6 with the SIX-PACK pledge.
